BSNL Recruitment 2024:
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), a Schedule ‘A’/Miniratna Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) under the Department of Telecommunications, is inviting applications for the role of Director (Enterprise). According to the 2024 recruitment notification, applicants must be engineering graduates with strong academic credentials from a recognized institution. The minimum age requirement for this position is 45 years.
Position Details and Key Information:
- Job Title: Director (Enterprise)
- Essential Qualifications and Experience: Candidates should hold an engineering degree with a strong academic record from a recognized university. Preference will be given to those with a background in Electronics & Communication/Telecommunication or an MBA/PGDM. Additionally, candidates should have at least 5 years of senior-level management experience in the telecom sector within the past 10 years.
- Age Limit: The minimum age for applicants is 45 years.
- Salary: Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 75,000 to Rs. 100,000.
- Tenure: The appointment will be for a period of 5 years from the date of joining, or until retirement, whichever comes first.
- Selection Process: Selection will be based on personal interviews. The board reserves the right to shortlist candidates for the interview process.
